1. How much does shipping cost?

  • Free Shipping On Orders Over 200 USD 
  • Standard Shipping 9.9 USD 
  • To make your items arrive more smoothly, you need to fill in the address in ENGLISH for express shipping, and please don't use PO Boxes. 

 

2. How long will it take to get my order?

For In - Stock item,  generally it will take 1-2 days for us to process your order.

For Pre - Order item, generally it will take around 30 days (Specific time would be mentioned in product page) for us to restock IT and then process it in 1-2 days when it is restocked.

After we processed the order, then for 

- Standard shipping orders will take around 10-20 business days to arrive.

- Express shipping orders will take around to 4-10 business days to arrive. 

 

3. What shipping carriers do you use?

- For free/standard shipping, we use your local postal service such as USPS, Royal Mail and LePost.

- For express shipping, we use parcel shippers like UPS, FedEx or DHL depending on your location.

 

4. What about duty and taxes?

- United States: Duty and taxes would be charged regarding on your regions.

- Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and Europe: We will try out best but orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees.

- International: Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that RUISSE does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.

 

5. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at customer@ruisse.com as soon as you place your order.

 

6. Can I return my product?
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. 

 

7. How do I return?
- Please contact our customer service for your nearest return address.
Contact us by sending us a ticket in your account. Or send us a message through the Chat on the official website. Or contact us customer service email: customer@ruisse.com.
Please provide your order number when contacting us. We would be grateful if your letter could also inform us of the reason for the return.

- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

- Drop off your package at the local post office.

- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

8. Return Conditions
- You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.

- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

- We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. .

9. What is the return address?
If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please submit a ticket in your account, our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

 

10. Refund Policy : 

  • Time - We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for items in new condition.
  • Method of Refund - We would refund to your original payment method. That's to say, if you used credit card to pay, we would refund to your credit card.
